BIRCH FIELD 4.1 FIX

What was done:
– fps issues were resolved
– Poplars can now be grown and the wood chips bales to be sold (Holz Peters)
– Cotton can now be sold (Striesing wool)
– fixed smaller things

NO NEW GAME STAGE MUST BE STARTED.
